Clinical Supervision with Stephanie Rodenberg-Lewis, LPC-S, RPT, NCC, CSC

I’m Stephanie, a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPCS) in Texas, holding my counseling license since 2018 and serving as a clinical supervisor since 2025. As a Registered Play Therapist with a deep background in child development, I draw on both theory and hands-on experience to guide therapists in strengthening their practice. My passion lies in child-centered play therapy (CCPT), and I’m committed to helping colleagues at every stage of their career refine their skills and grow in confidence.

Empowering therapists through expert guidance to expand their expertise and support children and families more effectively.

In our supervision work together, I offer both individual and group formats tailored to your needs. Through focused case conceptualization and treatment planning discussions, we’ll explore advanced techniques and theoretical foundations. Our sessions also provide a structured pathway to meet your LPC supervision requirements while supporting your growth as a clinician.

My supervisory approach is grounded in unconditional positive regard, attuned listening, and following the lead of whichever clinical scenario we’re facing. I believe supervision should be a collaborative, two-way dialogue, so you’ll receive actionable feedback on video recordings, live case consultations, and structured reflective exercises. Together, we’ll identify your unique strengths and design strategies for addressing challenges, whether that’s refining your clinical skills or enhancing parent consultation skills.

In terms of credentials, I completed my master’s in counseling and have pursued extensive postgraduate training in attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and family systems. My designation as a Registered Play Therapist reflects my dedication to ongoing professional development and to staying current with best practices in the field.

If you’d like to discuss your goals and learn how I can support your journey toward clinical competence and licensure, please reach out. I offer both virtual and in-person sessions in the Richmond, Texas area.

I’m excited to work alongside you, helping you deepen your skills and support the children and families in your care even more effectively.
